We strive to keep our facility in top shape, provide a comfortable and friendly environment for your exercise and activity needs, and accommodate a wide range of interests and fitness trends.

CGLC features a 3 lane-75 foot swimming pool, full-sized gymnasium, racquetball court, cardio area, fitness studio, a full class schedule, and strength equipment.
